omg thank you @touchthedivine for telling me my ASK was off but here are my answers lmao
13 (favorite season): 4, because there’s like no episode in that season I don’t love and I think it was one of Scully’s strongest seasons.
14: (favorite episodes): This could get really long and hyper-specific, lol, but in general any episodes in the cancer arc / emily arc because I’m always into Scully grappling to resolve her science/faith, and then the episodes I’ve watched the most and could probably quote in no particular order: paper hearts, triangle, how the ghosts stole christmas, fire, milagro, orison, sein und zeit, all things, je souhaite, oubliette, conduit, and any episode that maggie scully is in lol
16: (favorite character developments for scully): The cancer arc was always a big deal for me because I’m a firm believer that you learn the most about who someone is when they’re sick or faced with some kind of life changing injury or illness. I think it could have been explored even more, actually, and that’s why I’m always kind of partial to fics that go deep on that front.
17: (favorite character developments for mulder): I think most of my favorite character developments for mulder happened in fics not in canon, hahaha, but basically the whole sein und zeit to closure arc is a favorite.
33: (favorite season finale): I’m secretly kind of beholden to the end of the very first season, like, as opposed to the series finale which…wasn’t even the series finale after all haha. I also fucking loved Gethsemane but I know not everyone did hahaha.
